Over the past five years, he has worked with the Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner (OPCC) on issues relating to Knife Crime and Stop & Search and with the Birmingham Voluntary Service Council (BVSC) on projects related to Covid Relief, Neighbourhood Working and Holiday Playschemes. Bob has also had several books published, including the non-fiction best-selling Little Book of BIG Management Theories and Little Book of BIG Coaching Models.
